Minutes of the Meeting of the Youth Building Steering Group
       held in the Community Centre on Monday 28 February 2000 at 7.30pm

94/00  2   Planning Permission
(84/00)    JS had produced a draft document for submission to the planning
           authority. This was "fine tuned".  
           AGREED to submit temporary planning application for a "portakabin"
           type building approximately 40ft x 30ft with the expectation that
           the building would be ready for use by September.
           Suggestions for funding needed!!
           In the meantime plans for a permanent building together with lottery
           application would be considered
           A letter would be sent to neighbouring residents.
