596/01 2   Bus Priority Measures
           R Menzies attended to talk about bus priority measures.
           It was AGREED
           under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude
           the public by reason of the confidential nature of the business
           (Standing Order 66).  Meeting closed to the public at 7.03pm.

           The meeting was opened to the public at 7.40pm with the members above
           present.

597/01 3   Minutes
           The minutes of the meeting of 17 September 2001 were approved and
(566/01)   signed as a true record.
           Butt Lane Junction - K Blakey for the County Council believed that
           "extending the 'no waiting' restrictions 20 metres would add no
           further safety benefits. and in view of the residential nature of
           Butt Lane it would be wise to keep ‘no waiting' restrictions to a
           minimum."

598/01 4   Science Park Access
           The clerk would write to Bidwells,  agents for the Science Park, for
           their views about the Science Park restriction which was designed to
           stop rat running cars using the Science Park as a short cut but
           which was causing cyclists problems.

       5   Any other business
599/01     Cycle Scheme - RJF, RD and the clerk would walk the length of the
(566/01)   cycle scheme to monitor the outstanding issues.
