Milton in World War II - Country Park
The dark areas on the image are the lakes. The only lake which is basically unchanged is Todd's pit, the tall one on the left. To its right is a smaller pit which was partially filled in later and the remains are now Hall's pit. Dickerson's the biggest of the three Country Park pits, lies to the east of both and had yet to be dug.
Also note the large pit south of Todd's on the other side of the 13th public drain. This pit has long since been filled in.
