Nathalie Garbolino-Riva writes to say:

We are selling our house to move just a few doors down the close. If you are interested or know anybody interested, please contact myself or the estate agent. We need to have move by the 1st December. There is no chain upwards. The property we are buying will be empty mid-August.

Pearson Close is a very friendly close. Children can play at the front very safely. It is a four bedroom house (3 double, 1 single), good size garden, dining room and separate lounge, off street parking, near the country park.
