Today Jerry, Keith and Graham from Mowlem have been helping the Milton Community Centre and Recreation Grounds Charity (MCC) re-shape a bund on Coles Road Recreation Ground.

Digging out the earth

Mowlem kindly volunteered to do this to help the Milton Colts football club, who are desparate for pitches. By removing this bund extra junior pitches can be added.

Dumping it on the edge nearest Cambridge Evening News

The Colts have been so successful that some teams are currently having to play at Landbeach and that will have to continue even after the new pitches have been added here so if you know of any land for sale around Milton please let the parish council know.
