Barnabas Court

Recognising the need for specially designed accommodation for older people in Milton, Cambridge Housing Society built Barnabas Court in 2000. This was a partnership development initiative with the Parish Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council, and applications to live at Barnabas Court are restricted to people who have a connection with the village.

Situated close to the community centre and not far from other village facilities, the accommodation comprises spacious one and two bedroom flats with communal lounges where residents can meet if they wish. The common rooms are also used by other village organisations such as the Day Centre and Lunch Club. Cambridge Housing Society employs a scheme manager who lives on site and who provides support to residents when necessary.
