According to the County Council the work on the Milton interchange with the A14 is running on time but overnight road closures are now needed to continue scheme construction, plus repairs and resurfacing to the worn-out road surface.

The Milton interchange eastbound A14 "off" slip will be closed overnight followed by the A14 eastbound "on" slip. Closures will be between Friday, 25th February from 8pm to 5am and then every night until Sunday, 5th March at 5am. The two slip roads will not be shut at the same time.

Cambridge Road, off the Milton Interchange, will also be subject to two night-time closures on Sunday 26t February from 5pm until 5am and again on Sunday, 5th March from 5pm until 5am.

Signed diversion routes will be in place for all closures.

Contractors are working overnight to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum during this stage of the scheme.
