You may have seen contractors felling conifers between the Science Park and Milton Road on Saturday and also, to a smaller extent, on the north side of the roundabout island itself. This is in preparation for the A14/A10 junction improvements which we were consulted about back in December.

The main features are a dedicated slip road from Milton Road onto the A14 heading west to help traffic get out of the Science Park and Cambridge in the evening and the reorganisation of the roundabout including some widening and changes to the traffic lights (including none at the exit from Milton) about which your parish council has some concerns.
