These are the minutes of all parish council meetings from May 1998 onwards, excluding the bills for payment, which are difficult to convert to Web pages. These minutes are based on the original minutes which are written using Word.
Minutes after August 2003 are in Adobe PDF format. Older minutes are in plain text wrapped in HTML. To read minutes in PDF format you will need the right software. Most people use Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download for free from
this web page.
It is possible that errors may occur during this process so you should not rely on them as a true record. If in doubt consult the original minutes. The original
minutes, and all minutes before May 1998 are available for inspection at the parish council office at reasonable times. Minutes before the 1960s are kept at the County
Records Office at Shire Hall and again are available for inspection.
Minutes are posted here at the same time that they appear on the parish noticeboard, that is before they are confirmed as signed as a true record. So minutes for the current and previous month should be treated with caution as they may be revised at the next meeting.
