Who can use the minibus?

The minibus is available for hire to non-profit making community and voluntary groups in Milton and the surrounding area.

What kind of minibus is it?

The minibus is a LDV Convoy with 17 seats (including driver), high roof, 2.4-turbo-diesel vehicle with ABS brakes.

Some of the seats can be removed, if required, and the minibus will normally operate with 15 seats (including the driver). All 17 seats can be used if booked in advance.

Who can drive?

The minibus will be hired as a self-drive.

Generally, you must be over 25, under 70, have driven a car for at least 2 years, have a clean driving license, have completed a driver registration form (for insurance) and completed a short familiarization exercise with the minibus.

We strongly recommend that you undertake the MiDAS training. This will result in a nationally recognized qualification.

Can I drive in the London Low Emission Zone (LEZ)?

Yes, the minibus is Euro3 compliant.
